The Challenge

Coca-Cola FEMSA observed the shift in professional skills required for transformation and innovation today. Tired of the common approach organizations take to develop key talent, Coca-Cola wanted to create a holistic training program that delivered a broad understanding of all areas of the organization and how they are connected - to ensure its people can create change within the organization and beyond.

The solution would need to incorporate digitalization for a great learning experience, understanding the global and local needs of the regions to create a leader acceleration program that would serve as a comprehensive, scalable, and tailored model for the development of key talent.

Our impact

With our help, Coca-Cola FEMSA increased the use of its English online platform by 38% within 12 months. It used an app to track the program, connect learners, and deliver training to a global audience via an online platform.

Customized and flexible training has enabled learners to support Coca-Cola FEMSA’s strategic business priorities, while pacing their self-development to suit their needs. Learners completed a final project as part of the leader acceleration program to practically apply the concepts and strategies they learned to their work.
