Webinar overview

Generative AI (GenAI) tools are becoming common in the workplace. From improving emails and communications using AI correction plugins like Grammarly, to translating entire professional documents with AI translators like DeepL, businesses increasingly depend on AI to streamline communications in their organization, internally and externally.

On the surface, these automations and optimizations offer undeniable benefits for efficiency. But what is the impact of unchecked usage of AI on intercultural communication, community, and relationships between employees?

HR leaders, positioned at the intersection of operations and employee wellbeing, have a role to play in ensuring that AI tools are used mindfully in the company.

Our speakers

This webinar, featuring AI and communication experts as well as HR leaders from the world’s top organizations, will explore how companies can make best use of AI to facilitate communication, and why it matters to both employee performance and wellbeing.
