Key takeaways

1. Not all corporate language training is equal; it's language programs that are developed and embedded in the company that create real value.

2. Recognizing local language gaps, as well as the specific needs of different business areas globally, is key to customizing your language training offering to your business need.

3. Democratizing language training - in other words offering language programs as a standard to all employees - is also an important aspect of delivering impact at scale in global organizations.

4. Cultivating 'maturity' in language programs has intrinsic value for ensuring ROI, and can also be used as a benchmark for measuring success and correlating to wider business objectives.
