The Rise of Agentic AI in Learning & Development

Shifting the goalposts from activity to ability: Hear from EdTech and pedagogy experts about how AI agents are revolutionizing L&D

Watch our Innovation Spotlight

Speakers: Dr. Christopher McCormick, Maddie Diaz Stevens and John Prokos

Broadcasted on June 10, 2026.

Key takeaways

1. Agentic AI is redefining learning. Unlike classic AI, agentic AI is trained to reach specific outcomes, such as guiding a learner towards a proficient level of a language.

2. AI learning assistants are proof of a new era of learning online. Our AI learning assistant - Addi - accurately measures the learner’s level and has the data to offer personalized remediation and guidance.

3. Rather than only monitoring activity, AI agents can track each learning touchpoint and map real-world competence.

4. The AI learning experience is no longer ‘additive’. Instead, AI agents create a frictionless journey by supercharging existing and familiar learning journeys.

5. Human expertise and AI work best together. Agentic AI can enhance learning by supporting both learners and teachers, combining the scalability of technology with the expertise and judgement of human educators.
