Global team alignment in the age of AI

As generative AI transforms the workplace, L&D leaders are under pressure to do more than keep up – they must ensure their global teams stay aligned and equipped to communicate effectively across cultures.

AI-powered tools are streamlining tasks like translation and writing. But for international organizations, especially those based in the U.S. and managing cross-border teams, there's a growing need to ensure that AI supports – not overshadows – the human skills that drive global collaboration.

Cultural fluency is more critical than ever. In an AI-enabled world, it’s what helps teams avoid misalignment, navigate complexity, and build trust across languages and time zones.

This interactive masterclass brings together experts in AI, L&D, and communication to explore how companies can use AI to elevate the performance of global teams.

The session will cover:

  • Practical strategies for using AI to build communication capability

  • How to recognize and prevent “headquarter blind spots” in global team dynamics

  • Tactics for supporting non-native speakers in high-stakes roles

  • Expert insights on developing AI literacy and human oversight

  • A future-forward look at the evolving role of language training

Join us for a practical, insight-rich session that will help L&D leaders shape a more connected, culturally aware global workforce.
